For those of you that plan to be here in April, mark your calendars for these events (since we won’t be publishing our newsletter or calendar again until next November).
We have a Chicken BBQ potluck planned on Thursday April 3, 2008 at 6:00pm. This is the last cookout potluck. Which means you will have to wait until fall for the best BBQ Chicken you have ever tasted for only a dish to pass and $3.00 if you miss this one. Make sure you sign up (there will be sign up sheets out for this event) so we know how many chickens to order.
The most attended event will end on April 9, no more hamburger lunches L until next fall! Now that brings a tear to the office staffs eyes, Dave’s especially!
One more “BIG” thank you to all of our generous volunteers that so graciously donate hours and hours of work each season, we could not have the social program without you. The management, staff and the guests all thank you!
Finally yet importantly, we begin to say our goodbyes to our winter family. It was a fast winter, we hope the summer will go by equally fast that way before you know it, it will be fall and everyone will be returning! If you get lonely, remember we are just an 800 number away, give us a call! God bless, drive safely and take care.

Scores |
· Ringers: 3-19-08 Winning teams this week are Bob T. & Rob, Bob G. & Denny, Amos & Bob W., and Del & Ed filling for Bill. This ends the “official” season with Bob T. & Rob having most wins and high score. Ringers will continue for anyone wanting to play. We will make up a play schedule Monday as players show up to vie for the Traveling Trophy- Rob took it home this week.
· Darts: High score goes to Mike Petersen and Denny Farmer went into 10 overtime rounds to advance to win the 301 elimination. Wow!
· Billiards: 8-Ball-Roger C. 9-Ball- Roger C.
· RV Softball: We had a doubleheader split. The Red team came out swinging in the first inning. The Score was 8-3 by the fifth inning, and ended 8-5. Evidently, this upset the Blue Team as they came out swinging hard in the second game. By the third inning, the score was 9-2. The game ended 11-6. We lost some players, and will lose more as people go home. Ray and Marion left today (Friday).
